Sandwiches – Egg and cress, cheese and coleslaw, chicken mayonnaise, home-cooked ham, gravadlax on pumpernickel with mustard and cress,

Sausage and cranberry rolls, cheese and herb rolls.

Filo tarts with a selection of fillings – Mediterranean vegetaCble, coronation chicken, garlic mushroom.

Selection of home made quiches.

Fish and chip cones with minted pea puree and tartare sauce

Sweet

Chocolate cake, lemon drizzle cake, carrot cake, roulade with seasonal berries, apple and cinnamon muffins

Menu 3

Savoury

Seasonal soup (served in individual cups) such as chilled potato and watercress or Moroccan carrot with chermoula

Marinated duck and kumquat tarts, mini Thai crab cakes, chicken and mushroom roulade, empandillas with ham and goats cheese, lamb meatballs with almond sauce, stuffed eggs with anchovies and caerphilly, tuna stuffed pepper, wild mushroom and rocket risotto.

Sweet

Mini fruit meringues, whisky glazed carrot cake, pecan pie

Drinks

Mid-afternoon

Menu 4

Savoury 

Sandwiches – prawn and celery, roast beef and horseradish, parmesan brioche with Taleggio, sauteed baby plum tomatoes and oregano.  Salmon and dill fishcakes, chorizo and mushroom kebabs.

Sweet

Mini scones with jam and cream, chocolate eclairs, lavender shortbread, fruit cake, lime cheesecake slices.

Drinks

Tea, coffee, home-made lemonade, fresh fruit juices.

Menus can also be altered to suit exact specifications and to reflect the likes of loved ones and we are delighted to include special family recipes.  Due to current price fluctuations, the cost will be at the time of enquiry.

Sandwiches are offered on a selection of breads to choice.

Menus can be tailored for dietary requirements. Any food allergies must be advised in advance, as otherwise we cannot guarantee foods to be free of allergens.

Depending on venue and any licensing restrictions, alcoholic drinks can also be offered.
