Payment:

A 50% initial payment is required to confirm your booking. The balance of any outstanding monies is due within 5 days by BACS transfer please. 

Cancellation:

In the event of cancellation of less than 14 days, 50% of the initial payment is refundable, less any irretrievable expenses; with less than 5 days, the full amount of the initial payment becomes non refundable, and subject to agreement, can be used as towards a deposit for a future occasion. It may be advisable to seek cancellation insurance. 

Insurance:

I am fully covered for public liability and accidental damage insurance. 

Hygiene: 

 I hold the top hygiene rating from the Food Standards Agency.
