Terms and Conditions

Payment:

A 50% initial payment is required to confirm your booking. The balance of any outstanding monies is due within 5 days by BACS transfer please. 

Cancellation:

In the event that you cancel with fewer than 14 days’ notice before the scheduled event, 50% of your initial payment will be refunded after deducting any irretrievable expenses. 

In the event that cancel with fewer than 5 days’ notice, the full amount of your initial payment will become non-refundable. However, subject to mutual agreement, this amount may be applied as a deposit toward a future occasion.

If the event involves more complex arrangements, (such as a wedding) the notice period is extended to 8 weeks and 1 month respectively

Cancellation Insurance:

It may be advisable to consider obtaining cancellation insurance as an extra safeguard against potential financial loss due to unforeseen changes or cancellations. 

Public Liability Insurance:

I am fully covered for public liability and accidental damage insurance. 

Hygiene: 

 I hold the top hygiene rating from the Food Standards Agency
